Foods that need refrigeration or time/temperature control for safety, including cheesecake, custard and cream pies, cream- or custard-filled pastries and donuts, cream cheese frosting, whipped cream toppings, meringue pies and fresh-fruit cream fillings; meat, seafood and dairy products; low-acid canned foods; alcohol-infused products where prohibited; and any food your permit doesn't cover.
Claims
Don't claim a product is “allergen-free”, “nut-free” or “gluten-free” unless you can substantiate it. Such claims are reviewed before publishing.
Enforcement
Listings that break these rules are removed, and repeat or dangerous violations lead to suspension and, when required, a report to the regulator.
